As an eating disorder recovery coach, I have a history of working with a diverse range of individuals, including athletes, performers, professionals, adolescents, and adults. My approach is focused on creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their relationship with food, movement, and their body. I understand that recovery is a unique and complex journey, and I am committed to providing personalized support to meet each individual's unique needs.
Through weekly sessions, either in-person or virtually, we can work together to continue taking the next right steps in your recovery journey. My approach is rooted in a variety of modalities such as DBT, CBT, somatic processing, meal support, harm reduction, body image/body resilience/body trust, and Polyvagal Theory and Yoga Philosophy.
I believe in a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned framework, which means that I prioritize developing a positive relationship with food, movement, and our bodies.
