Meal Support

As a yoga and recovery coach, I also offer a stand-alone option for meal support services. This means that you have the flexibility to choose and customize the specific meal support sessions that suit your needs and schedule.


Whether you require assistance with planning meals, practicing mindful eating techniques, or receiving emotional support during mealtimes, you can select the individual service that resonate with you. 


With the a la carte meal support option, you have the freedom to decide when you would like to receive the support, whether it's a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly session, Hannah-kate will meet you virtually, at a restaurant, or the comfort of your own home. 


We understand that every person's recovery journey is unique, and the a la carte option allows you to tailor your support to your specific needs. By choosing the services that align with your goals and preferences, you can create a personalized plan that empowers you to stay on track with your recovery.


Our aim is to provide you with the tools, guidance, and emotional support necessary to develop a healthy relationship with food and achieve your recovery goals. .

Meal support is a therapeutic session including

  •  Pre-Meal Check-in: Before the meal, we engage in a supportive check-in where we discuss your emotions, challenges, and goals related to the upcoming meal. This allows us to establish a foundation of understanding and create a safe space for the meal experience.

  •   Eating the Meal: During the meal, we provide personalized guidance and support to help you navigate any anxieties or difficulties that may arise. We encourage mindful eating practices, promote a positive relationship with food, and offer strategies to address any obstacles that may come up.

 

  • Post-Meal Check-in: After the meal, we have a reflective check-in to explore your thoughts and emotions surrounding the experience. This discussion helps us understand your progress, identify areas for further growth, and celebrate successes achieved during the meal.
