About Trauma Informed Yoga Support Group

Experience healing and resilience in our Trauma-Informed Yoga group. This safe and supportive space

 Led by a compassionate and experienced trauma-informed yoga teacher, Hannah-Kate Coultas, we focus on evidence-based techniques that promote healing, nervous system regulation, and embodiment. With a nurturing environment grounded in safety and care, participants can practice yoga without feeling overwhelmed. This group prioritizes autonomy and self-choice.
